Crispy parmesan lattice potatoes recipe

Create crispy, golden potatoes with just 4 ingredients. No need to peel. Use finely grated parmesan for best results. Try potatoes of same size for a perfect circular pattern. Elevate your dinner with Hasselback potatoes with bacon butter or garlic and thyme boulangere potatoes - bursting with flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 6 fresh thyme sprigs, plus extra thyme leaves, to serve
  • 100g pkt Zanettti Grana Padano finely grated parmesan
  • 10 (about 60g each) even small baby potatoes, unpeeled, halved lengthways
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220C (200C fan forced) and line a 26cm ovenproof frying pan with a circle of baking paper on the base and sides.
  • First, layer the pan with aromatic thyme sprigs and top them with flavorful Parmesan cheese. Use a fork to evenly distribute the ingredients. Next, arrange the potato halves in a circular pattern, cut-side down. Finish by drizzling with oil and seasoning generously with pepper.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the potato and parmesan turn golden. Sprinkle with extra thyme leaves and season with salt before serving.
