Crispy air-fried ravioli with seasoned panko coating, perfect for dipping in marinara, Alfredo, or ranch sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1.5 pounds frozen cheese ravioli, thawed
  • 1 serving cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 5 minutes.
  • In a shallow bowl, beat eggs until they are light yellow and foamy. In a separate dish, mix together flour, salt, and pepper. In a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt.
  • Coat thawed ravioli in eggs, flour, eggs again, and panko mixture. Shake off excess breading. Air fry coated ravioli after lightly spraying with nonstick spray.
  • Place the ravioli in the preheated air fryer and cook for 8 minutes. Turn ravioli over, increase temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), and fry for another 2 minutes.
