Crunchy chicken casserole with potato chips, almonds, and gooey Cheddar and mozzarella cheese - a delicious and easy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 0.25 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream, condensed soup, rice, almonds, and mozzarella cheese in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and potato chips on top before baking.
  • Bake until golden brown and bubbly in the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes.
