Cheesy chicken casserole with a crunchy cracker topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, or more to taste
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or more to taste
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise, or more to taste
  • 3 cooked boneless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1.5 sleeves vegetable-flavored buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®)
  • 0.5 cup margarine, cut into pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfectly heated cooking environment.
  • Combine cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise until well mixed. Stir in the chicken ensuring cream cheese is completely blended. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers evenly over the top of the chicken. Dot the margarine evenly over the crushed crackers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
