Whip up a refreshing lime and apple punch for Sunday lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 2 x 750ml Appletiser Sparkling Apple Juice
  • 1 red apple, thinly sliced
  • Mint leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large jug, muddle lime and lemon wedges to extract their juices. Add apple juice, half of the apple slices, and mint leaves.
  • Divide the remaining apple and mint between the serving glasses. Top with the apple punch mixture and enjoy.
