Create delicious dandelion chips using fresh, pesticide-free young dandelion leaves from your yard.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.125 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound dandelion greens
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss in leaves until coated evenly. Arrange leaves in a single layer on baking sheets and drizzle with the rest of the olive oil mixture.
  • Bake the dandelion chips in the preheated oven for 12 to 16 minutes, ensuring they are crisp but not burnt. The leaves will become firm as they cool.
