Elevate your snacking game with our irresistible ginger and date bliss balls.
Ingredients:
  • 5 fresh medjool dates, pitted
  • 150g packet hazelnut meal
  • 125.00 ml tri-colour quinoa, cooked
  • 20.00 gm cocoa powder
  • 67.50 gm maple syrup
  • 82.50 ml uncrystallised ginger, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Combine dates, hazelnut meal, quinoa, cocoa, and maple syrup in a food processor until mixed. Set aside 2 teaspoons of ginger. Then, add the rest of the ginger to the food processor and pulse until combined.
  • Roll each tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and place on a plate. Sprinkle balls with reserved ginger and lightly press to secure. Serve.
