Indulgent chocolate trifle - a showstopper for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Cooker™ devil's food cake mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 1 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 4 boxes (3 to 4 oz each) instant chocolate mousse mix
  • Milk called for on chocolate mousse mix boxes
  • 4 cups whipped cream
  • 6 full-size Snickers™ candy bars, crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Follow the cake mix instructions for a 13x9-inch pan. Allow the cake to cool for 5 minutes, then use a fork to poke it all over.
  • Drizzle the liqueur over the cake, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but not more than 12 hours.
  • Prepare the chocolate mousse according to the package instructions. Chill in the refrigerator until it's time to serve with the cake.
  • Crumble one-fourth to one-third of the cake into the bottom of a large punch bowl or trifle bowl, ensuring a generous layer for a delightful presentation.
  • Create an indulgent treat by alternating layers of rich chocolate mousse, fluffy whipped cream, and crunchy crushed candy. Continue layering until you reach 3 to 4 layers in total. Chill in the fridge until you're ready to impress with this delightful dessert.
