Elevate your salad game with bite-sized Big Mac inspired sliders on a bed of crisp greens, topped with classic fixings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1.5 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 0.25 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 0.125 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 0.5 pound ground beef
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 large romaine lettuce leaves, or to taste
  • 0.5 white onion, diced
  • 1.5 ounces grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1 (2 ounce) hamburger bun, split and toasted
  • 1 spear dill pickle
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, dill pickle relish, sugar, vinegar, and garlic until creamy. Set the sauce aside.
  • Shape 3/4 ounce of ground beef into 10 small patties and season with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear mini burgers until golden brown and fully cooked, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
  • On a large platter, arrange fresh lettuce leaves, gently drizzle with a hint of sauce, and top with juicy hamburger patties.
  • Enhance the patties with an extra sauce drizzle, then top with onion, tomatoes, and cheese. Complete with a toasted bun and a pickle for a flavorful garnish on the platter.
