Marinate salmon in soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and lemon pepper overnight, then broil for a flavorful main dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 1 pound skin-on salmon fillet
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, lemon pepper, and garlic in a shallow dish. Place salmon fillets in the mixture, skin side up. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 8 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the broiler in the oven and position the rack 6 inches below the heat source. Take the salmon out of the marinade and place it on a baking sheet. Dispose of the marinade.
  • Broil the salmon until it turns golden brown and the flesh easily flakes with a fork, for about 7 to 10 minutes. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
