Savory ground beef stuffed potato pancakes, crispy and irresistible. Ideal for meat lovers!
Ingredients:
  • 8 potatoes, peeled and shredded
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 onion, grated
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • 0.25 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Combine potatoes, flour, baking powder, 3 eggs, salt, and pepper in one bowl. In a separate bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic salt, 1 egg, and bread crumbs until evenly combined.
  • In a skillet over medium-low heat, heat oil. Drop a rounded tablespoon of potato mixture into the skillet and spread it out slightly. Add about 2 teaspoons of beef mixture on top, spreading it almost to the edges. Top with another rounded tablespoon of potato mixture and spread it out. Fry until the bottom is golden brown, about 5 minutes. Flip and fry the other side until golden, 1 to 2 more minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with remaining mixtures.
