Dilled Halibut Steaks

Try this quick and flavorful dilled halibut steaks for a delightful seafood dinner for two in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 lb halibut steaks (1 inch thick), cut into 2 serving pieces
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 sprigs dill weed
  • 2 lemon slices (1/4 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine or nonalcoholic white wine
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish. Gently dry fish with paper towels and place it in the dish.
  • Season fish with a pinch of salt. Top each piece of fish with a sprig of dill weed and a slice of lemon. Drizzle wine over the fish.
  • Bake without a cover for 20 to 25 minutes or until the fish easily flakes with a fork.
