Dilled Lemon-Pepper Halibut

15-minute lemon-pepper halibut: a quick and satisfying dinner option.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1 pound halibut fillets (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick), skin removed and cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F and cover a cookie sheet with foil sprayed with cooking spray. Season both sides of halibut with lemon-pepper and place on the prepared sheet.
  • Combine shallot, dill, and oil in a small bowl, and spread over the fish.
  • Bake until fish easily flakes with a fork, about 6 to 10 minutes.
