Mouthwatering star dip with feta, cream cheese, pesto, pine nuts, and sun-dried tomatoes - a stunning and delicious appetizer!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 pound feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 3 tablespoons dry vermouth
  • ground white pepper, to taste
  • 0.75 cup pesto sauce
  • 0.5 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions:
  • Prepare a medium bowl or gelatin mold by greasing it with oil and lining it with plastic wrap for easy removal.
  • Combine feta, butter, cream cheese, garlic, shallot, vermouth, and white pepper in a food processor and blend until creamy.
  • Create a delicious masterpiece by layering in the mold: half of the pesto, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, and cheese mixture. Repeat the layers and gently pat down to ensure all flavors meld. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour before indulging.
  • Transfer the dip onto a serving plate, discard the plastic wrap, and enjoy!
