Delicious no-bake dirt cake: Layers of creamy vanilla pudding and crushed chocolate cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 32 ounces chocolate sandwich cookies with creme filling
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 3.5 cups milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions:
  • Pulse chocolate cookies in a food processor until finely crushed; set aside the crumbs.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, and confectioner's sugar until smooth using an electric mixer.
  • In a big bowl, combine milk, whipped topping, and pudding by whisking them together. Then, gently fold in the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  • In a medium flower pot, create layers of crushed cookies and pudding mixture, beginning and finishing with cookies. Refrigerate the dirt cake until ready to serve. Garnish to your liking before serving.
