Indulgent double chocolate cookies with dried cherries, white chocolate chips, and a rich, chewy texture - a tantalizing blend of sweet and tart flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1.25 cups white sugar
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup dried sour cherries
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl and whisk together.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition and scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary. Stir in milk and vanilla until well combined.
  • Mix in the flour mixture slowly until dough is just combined, then gently fold in the white chocolate chips and cherries. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to scoop dough per cookie onto cookie sheets, leaving 3 inches of space between each.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes until cookies' edges are set and the tops no longer shine. Allow to cool briefly on the cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
