Irresistible sticky marinated chicken drumettes for finger-licking satisfaction.
Ingredients:
  • 65.63 gm light soy sauce
  • 40.00 ml sherry
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 41.60 gm tomato sauce
  • 18.40 gm oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2.50 gm ground ginger
  • 1kg chicken drumettes
Instructions:
  • Prepare a large oven bag according to package instructions. In a jug, mix together soy sauce, sherry, sugar, tomato sauce, oil, garlic, and ginger until fully combined.
  • Add the chicken to the oven bag, pour in the sauce, seal the bag, and shake vigorously until the chicken is fully coated. Refrigerate for one hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the oven bag in a roasting dish and arrange the chicken pieces flat in a single layer inside the bag. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve the drumettes warm or chilled.
