Baked drumettes glazed in a tangy soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar mixture. Sweet, sour, and irresistible!
Ingredients:
  • 8 chicken drumettes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour for coating
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 0.5 cup vinegar
Instructions:
  • Coat chicken in beaten egg, then dredge in flour. Crisp up in a spacious skillet for roughly 15 minutes until golden. Drain excess oil and transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Prepare a flavorful sauce by combining soy sauce, water, sugar, and vinegar in a small bowl. Mix well, then generously drizzle the sauce over the succulent chicken.
  • Place in the oven that is already preheated and bake for 30 minutes, or until fully cooked with clear juices.
