"Instant Pot® red beans - quick and hassle-free without presoaking."
Ingredients:
  • 2.25 cups dry kidney beans
Instructions:
  • Place the beans in an Instant Pot®, covering them with a few inches of cool water. Seal the lid, set to Manual for 28 minutes on high pressure, following the manufacturer's guidelines. Let pressure build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions for natural pressure release for 10 to 40 minutes. Then, unlock and remove the lid. Drain beans and allow them to cool.
