Indulge in a delightful sugar cookie cup filled with fluffy goodness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Vanilla Frosting
  • Holiday candies, as desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, softened butter, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Roll the dough into 36 (1 1/4-inch) balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them in ungreased mini muffin cups.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until edges are lightly golden brown. Immediately press an indentation into each cookie with the end of a wooden spoon. Allow to cool completely in the pan, around 30 minutes, then transfer to a serving plate.
  • Transfer the frosting into a resealable food-storage plastic bag, then snip off a 3/8 inch corner. Carefully pipe the frosting into the center of each cookie cup, filling each with about 2 teaspoons. Finally, embellish the cookie cups with colorful candies.
