Quick and versatile fruit tarts with only 4 ingredients, ready in 25 minutes. Use your favorite fruit like pears, apples, peaches, or nectarines.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) while you prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons of honey onto parchment paper in a 2x3 inch rectangle. Layer 1/6 of the pear slices over the honey.
  • Gently roll out the puff pastry and slice into 6 rectangles. Top each pear with a pastry rectangle and seal in the fruit. Repeat with the rest of the honey, pears, and pastry. Finally, brush each pastry with egg wash.
  • Bake in the oven until beautifully golden and flaky, for 13 to 16 minutes.
