Whip up a 30-minute apricot-glazed salmon with fresh fillets, spicy mustard, and apricot preserves. Deliciously simple!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons apricot preserves
  • 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
  • 4 (8 ounce) fresh salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Combine apricot preserves and mustard for a delightful flavor fusion.
  • Lay the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and generously coat them with half of the delicious apricot mixture.
  • Place in the preheated oven on the top rack for 16 minutes. Remove from oven and generously brush with the remaining apricot mixture. Continue cooking until the salmon easily flakes with a fork, approximately 2 more minutes.
