Easy and delicious baked pork chops with zesty Italian dressing, ready in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 4 (5 ounce) bone-in pork chops
  • 1 cup Italian dressing, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a baking dish by lining it with aluminum foil.
  • Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag with Italian dressing, salt, and pepper. Shake well to ensure the chops are evenly coated. Transfer the pork chops and dressing to a baking dish.
  • Roast the pork chops in the preheated oven until they are no longer pink in the center, approximately 45-60 minutes, and an instant-read thermometer should read 145°F (63°C) when inserted into the center of each chop.
