Indulge in a decadent brioche bread pudding with nuts and dried fruit for a luscious dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 7 (1 inch) thick slices brioche bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.25 cup raisins
  • 1.75 cups milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Tear bread into 1-inch pieces, place in an 8-inch square baking dish, then generously drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with pecans and raisins for added crunch and sweetness.
  • Combine milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl, whisk until well mixed, and then pour over the bread in the baking dish. Gently press the bread down to soak it completely. Allow to sit for a few minutes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the top is puffed but set, for about 40 minutes. The pudding will settle as it cools.
