Indulgent chocolate chip brownie cookies made simply with brownie mix and pantry staples.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (19.8 ounce) package brownie mix
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and give your baking sheet a light grease.
  • Combine the brownie mix, flour, oil, eggs, and water in a large bowl; fold in the chocolate chips. Place spoonfuls of the dough 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
  • Place the cookies in the preheated oven and bake until just set, which should take around 9 minutes. Allow them to cool on the baking sheets briefly before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
