Create a mouthwatering burrito with Old El Paso™ refried beans, salsa, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and olives for a flavorful Mexican meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup thick & chunky salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
  • Additional salsa, if desired
  • Sour cream, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and generously spray a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine Bisquick mix and cold water in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms, then press the dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
  • Spread the beans evenly over the crust. Mix the rice with 1/2 cup salsa in a small bowl, then spread the mixture over the beans. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden. Sprinkle with lettuce, tomato, and olives. Serve with extra salsa and sour cream on the side.
