Elevate any cake with a luscious, velvety icing.
Ingredients:
  • 250g butter, cubed, at room temperature
  • 450g (3 cups) pure icing sugar, sifted
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) milk
Instructions:
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the butter. Beat with an electric beater for 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  • Add the icing sugar slowly while beating until the mixture becomes very pale and fluffy. Slowly pour in the milk while beating until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
