Easy Cajun Grilled Veggies

Zesty Cajun-seasoned veggies with a splash of Worcestershire for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup light olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 zucchinis, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 large white onions, sliced into 1/2-inch wedges
  • 2 yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch slices
Instructions:
  • Combine light olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Toss zucchinis, white onions, and yellow squash with the mixture in a separate bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
  • Heat up the grill outdoors on high, and lightly oil the grate.
  • Thread the marinated vegetable pieces onto skewers or lay them directly on the grill. Grill for 5 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
