Quick and easy Cajun favorite ready in just 40 minutes, no need for a time-consuming roux. Make it a delicious weeknight dinner staple!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 0.75 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, or to taste
  • 2 pounds crawfish tail meat
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onion, green bell pepper, green onions, and celery until onion is translucent and veggies begin to soften, about 10 minutes. Add golden mushroom soup, parsley, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Combine the crawfish tail meat with care, then let it simmer until the tails turn opaque, which should take about 10 to 15 minutes.
