Delicious caramel apple cake with whole wheat flour, cinnamon, vanilla, and fresh apples - tastes bakery-made.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup canola oil
  • 3 apples, peeled and diced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine the flour, cinnamon, and baking soda in a bowl.
  • Combine vegetable oil, eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, canola oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl, creaming them together. Add the flour mixture to the oil mixture and mix thoroughly. Gently fold in the apples, then pour the batter into a cake pan.
  • Bake until beautifully golden, for 27-35 minutes in the preheated oven.
