Delicious tuna casserole with veggies, creamy mushroom soup, and cheese baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package medium seashell pasta
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water, adding 1 tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking. Cook the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes until it is al dente, then drain. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat and mix together cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, canned tuna, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Gently stir in the pasta until well combined. Transfer the mixture to an 11x7 inch baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and bubbly in a preheated oven.
