Ingredients:
  • 350g packet fresh Singapore noodles
  • 168.30 gm chicken style liquid stock
  • 100.65 gm oyster sauce
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1 brown onion, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled, grated
  • 1 small red capsicum, cut into 1cm cubes
  • 250.00 ml frozen peas
Instructions:
  • Add noodles to a heatproof bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let stand for 2 minutes until just tender, then drain. Use a fork to separate the noodles. Mix stock, oyster sauce, and soy sauce in a jug.
  • 1. Preheat a generously sized non-stick wok over high heat. Pour in oil and swirl to cover the surface. Add the mince and cook while stirring with a wooden spoon until lightly browned and fully cooked, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add a colorful medley of onion, celery, carrot, capsicum, and peas to the pan. Quickly stir-fry for 3 minutes or until the veggies are perfectly tender. Introduce the flavorful stock mixture and noodles into the mix. Stir-fry for an additional minute until everything is heated through. Serve and enjoy your delicious creation!
