Decadent vegan chocolate tofu pie in a delicious graham cracker crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound silken tofu
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Use an electric mixer or a food processor to blend tofu until smooth. Add cocoa, sugar, vanilla, and vinegar, then mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
  • Place in a toasty oven for 25 minutes.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before enjoying.
