Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup uncooked jasmine rice
  • 2 tablespoons uncooked jasmine rice
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • Place rice in a fine-mesh sieve and rinse under cold running water until water is clear.
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine coconut milk, salt, and rice. Stir well and bring to a boil. Then, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer.
  • Simmer until coconut milk is absorbed and rice is tender, about 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
