Wholesome energy bars packed with chocolate, flax, and oats - a delicious, easy snack for busy days.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup ground flax meal
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Combine oats, chocolate chips, flax meal, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl. Shape into 24 balls and chill in the refrigerator until firm, for a minimum of 30 minutes.
