Indulgent four-cheese vegetarian lasagna featuring a blend of cottage cheese, mozzarella, Cheddar, and Parmesan - a cheesy delight for all!
Ingredients:
  • 16 ounces uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 (26 ounce) can spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a perfect 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Bring a generously salted large pot of water to a lively boil. Cook lasagna noodles until tender but slightly firm, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • Combine tomato sauce and cottage cheese in a blender or electric mixer to achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Start by gently spreading a spoonful of the sauce mixture on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer the cooked noodles on top of the sauce, then generously sprinkle mozzarella, Cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat the process layering sauce, noodles, and cheeses, ending with a generous layer of cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is bubbly and golden, for 30-45 minutes.
