Quick and tasty French dip sandwich with savory au jus-soaked roast beef and melted provolone cheese. Ready in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef consomme
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect bake.
  • Place hoagie rolls on a baking sheet, ready to be filled with delicious ingredients.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine beef consommé and water to create a flavorful beef broth.
  • Warm the roast beef in the broth for 3 minutes.
  • Lay the meat on hoagie rolls and generously top each with 2 slices of flavorful provolone cheese.
  • Bake sandwiches in the oven until the cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes.
