Create personalized cookie tarts topped with each person's preferred fresh fruit for a delightful and unique treat!
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup whipping (heavy) cream
  • 2 cups assorted cut-up fresh fruit
  • 2 tablespoons apple jelly, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine Bisquick, 2/3 cup sugar, butter, and eggs in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Shape the dough into sixteen 3-inch circles on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake until the edges are golden brown, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, and vanilla on low until smooth. Increase speed to high and beat in whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Spread the mixture over tarts, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Arrange fruit on top and glaze with jelly. Refrigerate covered.
