Upgrade your Christmas ham with a mouthwatering marmalade and maple syrup glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 510g marmalade
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat, and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze slightly thickens.
  • Transfer the mixture into a clean, sterilized jar and keep it stored at room temperature.
