Gluten-free turkey burgers made with garlic, onion, fresh basil, and almond flour for extra crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 0.5 white onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 sprigs fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 pinch garlic and herb seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash®), or to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Combine ground turkey, onion, almond flour, egg, garlic, basil, seasoning blend, and black pepper in a bowl, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated. Shape the mixture into 5 burger patties, using approximately 1/3 cup of the turkey mixture for each patty.
  • Grill turkey burgers until they are fully cooked, about 7 to 10 minutes on each side, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
