Popular Instant Pot pork ramen stir fry - a family fave!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into thin strips
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 (3-ounce) packages pork-flavored instant ramen noodles
  • 1 medium head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 3 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat the Sauté function on your multi-functional electric pressure cooker like an Instant Pot®. Heat sesame oil, then add pork and brown for about 5 minutes. Turn off the Sauté function, remove pork with a slotted spoon, and keep aside.
  • Combine water, soy sauce, and the contents of 4 seasoning packs from ramen packages in the pot. Stir with a wooden or plastic spoon, making sure to scrape the bottom of the pot to release any flavorful browned bits.
  • Break ramen noodles in half and add to the pot while ensuring they are evenly submerged in the liquid. Place pork on top of the noodles without stirring.
  • Securely seal the lid and set to high pressure as per manufacturer’s instructions. Set timer for 1 minute, then wait for pressure to build for about 10 minutes.
  • Use quick-release method following manufacturer’s instructions for 5 minutes. Unlock and lift the lid off.
  • Stir in broccoli and bell pepper until noodles separate. Cover with lid slightly ajar. Allow vegetables to cook until slightly tender and liquid is absorbed, for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve in bowls and top with green onions.
