Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers (20 squares)
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Key lime juice
  • 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar in a small bowl. Press the mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch glass pie plate. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown, then allow it to cool.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine milk and lime juice until smooth and thick. Gently fold in the whipped topping, then transfer the mixture into the cooled pie crust.
  • Chill in the fridge for about 1 hour until firm. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
