Cherry limeade pie: a refreshing fusion of key lime pie and cherry cheesecake, ideal for summer gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 0.5 cup whipped cream, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the cream cheese until smooth. Add limeade concentrate and sugar, and beat for at least 5 minutes until light and fluffy. Spoon the mixture into a graham cracker crust and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • Cover the pie with cherry pie filling and a dollop of whipped cream for a delightful finishing touch.
