Maple-glazed pork chops baked to perfection with a sweet and tangy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (1-inch thick) bone-in pork chops
  • 0.25 cup real maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork chops on each side for 2 to 3 minutes. Place the seared chops in a casserole dish.
  • Combine maple syrup, water, onion, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until the chili powder is fully dissolved. Pour this flavorful mixture over the pork chops.
  • Roast in a preheated oven until the chops are cooked through, approximately 45 minutes.
