Prepare a quick and cozy chicken and veggie bake with a delicious biscuit topping - ready in just 15 minutes! Perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ dark red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, drained, liquid reserved
  • 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon Original Bisquick™ or Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ or Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine chicken, beans, tomatoes, and corn in an ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish. Mix 1 tablespoon of Bisquick with reserved tomato liquid until smooth, then fold into the chicken mixture.
  • Combine 1 cup Bisquick, milk, and egg in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown, usually around 25 to 30 minutes.
