Simple and delicious mini quiche baked in a muffin tin.
Ingredients:
  • 12 slices bread
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 0.5 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease 12 muffin tins.
  • Cut the bread into circles and place them in the muffin tins. Evenly distribute the onion and shredded cheese among the tins.
  • Mix together the milk, eggs, mustard, and pepper in a medium bowl. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tins.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of the quiche comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
