Marinate salmon in sweet and savory brown sugar, soy, and miso glaze for a deliciously glazed dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously coat a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large glass or ceramic bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, hot water, and miso. Add salmon and toss gently to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes, spooning the mixture over the fish occasionally to ensure it is evenly covered.
  • Place the salmon in the baking dish and cover it with foil, letting any extra marinade remain in the bowl.
  • Bake the salmon uncovered for a total of 10 minutes, spooning remaining marinade evenly halfway through, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
