Decadent Oreo cheesecake with chocolate cookie crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) package OREO Cookies, divided
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a perfect 350°F (175°C).
  • Finely crush 28 cookies and coarsely chop the remaining ones. Combine the finely crushed cookies with butter in a bowl, then press the mixture onto the bottom and 2 inches up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream and vanilla until well combined. Add eggs one at a time on low speed, then gently fold in chopped cookies. Pour mixture into crust.
  • Once the center is almost set, bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Gently run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cake; allow it to cool before removing the rim. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
