Easy Oven-Baked Chicken Tacos

Try these irresistible Oven-Baked Chicken Tacos made with rotisserie chicken. Perfect for feeding a crowd and sure to be a hit at any gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (4.7 oz) Old El Paso™ Stand 'n Stuff Taco Shells (10 Count)
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
  • 1 packet (.85 oz) Old El Paso™ Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
  • 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (5 oz)
  • Diced avocado, chopped tomato, green onions, shredded lettuce, salsa and sour cream, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish. Arrange taco shells upright and close together in the dish; set aside.
  • In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, sauté chicken with taco seasoning mix, water, and chiles over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring often, until chicken is heated through. Take off heat.
  • Spread a generous amount of refried beans in each shell, add a generous portion of chicken mixture, sprinkle with a generous amount of shredded cheese, and bake until cheese is melted, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add any desired additional toppings before serving.
