Quick and delicious peach cobbler made with canned peaches, perfect for weeknight dinners or surprise guests. Ready in under an hour!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (29 ounce) cans sliced peaches in juice
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and then simply pour the peaches and their juice into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly. Spread this mixture over the peaches and sprinkle pecans on top.
  • Bake until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly, for 45 minutes to 1 hour in the preheated oven.
